Beginner Technique Keep a record of what you do and what you see.
Find a quiet place free of distractions, no phone, no people, no TV, no music at all , no oders or funny smell.
Find any position that is comfortable only for you.
You can be alone or with other people.
Relax , Take 3 slow deep breaths, inhaling through your nose, holding the breath as is comfortable and exhaling through your mouth.
Focus on the images behind your eyes or above in front your head where images like screen appear.
Allow your mind to move around or mentally 'see' a specific destination you wish to view.
example -if you want to go to a specific street think about the access.
Again See it in your mind on the images behind your eyes.
Transfer your consciousness to that street and start to snap a pictures like a camera. snap snap
Slowly you will see images connected to that street, Take you time always Move around Look around and now stop taking pictures and start filming. ' always try to look behind you'
Focus on what is going on, sights, sounds, activity of an kind. You may wonder if it is your imagination -NORMAL- do wonder but not for more then 5 to 7 second . ' always try to look behind you'
You may talk what you are observing with others who you are with or what you see on a tape recorder.Look for patterns around you. and verify events that you see something specific to verify. You can actually be out there and meet other people you know who are also remote viewing. ' always try to look behind you'
If you remote view with another person - you can compare notes verbally and loud as you go along.
In seeing a room the first time and the second time you return to this room look for objects, pictures, furniture, other things to verify your experience.
Remote viewing takes practice, but once you get it, it is easy and dangerous ( you are not alone ) more your practice - the more skilled you become and more connected ? and invisible .
