Canadian Customers
A minimum of $5.50 in shipping fees applies to each parcel shipped to a Canadian address. To calculate shipping, add five percent of your total to your order. If that
calculated percentage works out to less that $5.50, your shipping charge defaults to the $5.50 minimum.
American Customers
A minimum of $7.50 in shipping fees applies to each parcel shipped to the United States. To calculate shipping, add eight percent of your total to your order. If that
calculated percentage works out to less than that $7.50, your shipping charge defaults to $7.50 minimum.
International Customers
A minimum of $22.00 in shipping fees applies to each parcel shipped by air overseas. To calculate shipping, add fifteen percent of your total to your order. If your calculated total
works out to less than $22.00, your shipping charge defaults to the $22.00 minimum. International buyers are responsible for any applicable custom or import duties.
PLEASE NOTE
that if your parcel is returned to us for any reason (for example, missed delivery or refused), the customer will be charged for the return shipping charges as well as an additional
second shipping charge to re-send the parcel to the appropriate address. Shortshipped orders and damage claims must be communicated within 72 hours of receipt of order. In the event of damage, original
packaging materials must be saved for insurance claims.
RETURN
If you are displeased with the quality of a product, quality claims must be communicated within 7 business days to receive credit.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any goods returned in damaged condition will be not credited.
Returns not accepted for overstock goods. There is a 15% restocking charge for refused orders.

International Customers must use prepay their orders by money order.
